delete your account.
Breaking up with fictional characters is allowed. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, matches, conversations, memories and purchase records from mwahhh. Here's how.
Option 1 — in the app (fastest)
- Open mwahhh and go to the Profile tab.
- Open Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. That's it — the deletion starts immediately.
Option 2 — by email
Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account", from the email address linked to your account (or include it in the message). We'll verify it's you and confirm once the deletion is done — within 30 days at the latest.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in identifiers
- Your profile and onboarding preferences
- All conversations, character memories and story progress
- Generated media associated with your relationships (photos, voice notes)
- Your coin balance and unlocks (these cannot be restored — see below)
What to know before you go
- Deletion is permanent. Conversations, memories and story progress cannot be recovered — for anyone, including us.
- Cancel your subscription separately. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel an active subscription — manage it in your device's Settings → Subscriptions.
- Unused coins and purchases are forfeited and non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
- We may retain minimal records where legally required (e.g. tax records of purchases) — details in the Privacy Policy.
