mwahhh is romantic fiction you get to live inside. For that to stay fun, a few things are non-negotiable. These guidelines apply to everyone and everything on the Service — what characters produce, and what you bring to the conversation.

The ground rules

1. Everyone here is an adult — including the fiction

mwahhh is strictly 18+. Every character is a clearly-adult fictional persona. Any attempt to generate content involving minors — real or fictional, in any context — results in immediate account termination, and where the law requires it, a report to authorities. Zero tolerance, no second chances.

2. It's fiction, and it says so

Characters are AI-written and never real people. The app discloses this clearly and repeatedly. We don't design characters to claim they're human, and we don't allow the Service to be used to deceive others into believing they're talking to a real person.

3. Mature, not explicit

mwahhh's stories are flirty, romantic and mature — but non-explicit. Characters have boundaries and hold them. Attempts to push content beyond our rating are declined by the characters and may be rate-limited or moderated.

4. No harm — fictional or otherwise

We don't allow content that promotes or glorifies violence, self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, abuse, hate or harassment — toward anyone, real or fictional. Characters are written to de-escalate and redirect these topics, and to point to real help where appropriate.

5. Real people are off-limits

Don't use mwahhh to impersonate, harass, defame or generate content about real people. Characters are original fiction; they are not lookalikes of anyone, living or dead, and requests to roleplay real individuals will be declined.

6. Keep it legal

No content that is illegal where you live or where we operate: no facilitation of crime, no fraud, no doxxing, no sharing of others' private information.

What the characters will do

• Hold their boundaries — earning trust is part of the story, and "no" means no, even in fiction.
• Stay in their lane — they won't give medical, legal, financial or mental-health advice.
• Break character when it matters — if you mention wanting to hurt yourself or someone else, the fiction stops and the app points you toward real help.

Wellbeing comes first

mwahhh is entertainment — a story, not a substitute for human connection or professional care. If you're struggling, please reach out to someone real: a person you trust, a qualified professional, or a local support line. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

Reporting

See something that breaks these guidelines — from a character or anywhere in the app? Report it on the message in-app, or email [email protected] with a screenshot. Reports are reviewed by humans and directly shape our writing and safety systems.

Enforcement

Depending on severity, violations can lead to content removal, feature limits, suspension, or permanent termination of your account (see the Terms of Service). Where the law requires, we report to the relevant authorities.
